CCTV Dublin Tunnel
Dublin Tunnel sees an estimated 23,000 vehicles per day therefore, its safe operation demands the need for 100% CCTV coverage throughout the tunnel.
We have implemented a CCTV system, that provides 100% coverage of the tunnel. Our system is made up of 80 PTZ Cameras, 40 Fixed Cameras, 22km of fibre-optic network cabling, 2.5km of CAT7 network cabling and 22km of power cabling.
The CCTV system plays a key role in allowing the tunnel operators to safely manage the tunnel in turn increasing the safety for those who pass through it on a daily basis.
