For over two decades, we’ve specialised in energy-efficient addressable dimmable lighting for road tunnels, evolving with LED technology. Our turnkey solutions, including design, production, and commissioning, optimise energy consumption by precisely matching the Luminance Reduction Curve. This surpasses traditional lighting, significantly reducing operational costs.
ScanLight Eco+, our lighting control system, minimises energy waste through dynamic dimming, adapting to real-time needs. We provide efficient LED luminaires and resilient controls, ensuring longevity and minimal maintenance. Our experienced teams manage projects with robust methodologies, minimising disruption during installation and commissioning. Our scope of supply encompasses control systems, LED luminaires, lighting cabling, and comprehensive installation services, in addition to offering LED retrofitting solutions for pre-existing lighting infrastructure.

Silvertown Tunnel
Silvertown Tunnel is a newly built 1.4km tunnel that increases cross-river transport in East London. After a construction period of 5 years, the purpose-built tunnel opened to the public April 2025.
As a showcase project, having the best available technology was vital to the success and long-term operation of the tunnel.
Our fully integrated solutions cover tunnel lighting, cross-passage and plant room illumination, as well as wayfinder and route guidance signage throughout the tunnel. The system is built on the DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) standard, providing flexible and energy efficient operation.
In total, the installation comprises over 2,600 drivers distributed across two independent lighting systems, delivering both reliability and redundancy for this critical transport infrastructure.
High calibre tunnel lighting systems such as these improve visibility and tunnel user safety. Additionally, in the event of an emergency, the systems play a key role in the safe evacuation of tunnel users.
