Hours: Mon – Thurs 08:30 – 17:00, Fri 09:00 – 15:00
Are you a creative and organised individual with a passion for digital design and marketing? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our collaborative team and help bring our brand to life across digital, print, and social platforms. You’ll work closely with the Business Support & Marketing Manager to turn ideas into impactful visual and written content, support social value initiatives, and contribute to a positive team dynamic across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain social media channels.
- Design digital and print assets for social media, web, exhibitions, and corporate materials.
- Support the maintenance and updating of the company website.
- Write creative copy, tailored to a variety of different marketing channels, in keeping with PDS’ brand tone.
- Coordinate internal communication channels.
- Support and coordinate corporate charity partnership and fundraising events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on campaigns or content development.
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a thorough approach.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of WordPress is advantageous but not essential.
- Have qualification in relevant subject such as Digital Media or Marketing or have proven experience and skills.
