This prize draw is organised and promoted by PDS Infrastructure Systems Ltd (“PDS”).
2. Prize
One winner will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to those aged 18 years or over.
Employees of PDS Infrastructure Systems Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must:
Vote in the LinkedIn poll titled “When you hear the term ‘open protocol’, what comes to mind first?”
Leave a comment on the post sharing their thoughts or rationale for their vote.
Entries must be received before the closing date stated in the LinkedIn post.
5. Opening and Closing Dates
The prize draw opens when the LinkedIn post is published and closes when the poll closes on 21st July 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the poll closing.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via LinkedIn within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, PDS reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
The winner may be announced on LinkedIn using their name and/or LinkedIn profile name unless they object at the time of notification.
9. Data Protection
Any personal information provided in connection with this prize draw will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
10. General
PDS reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The decision of PDS regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final.
