What we need from you
A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills who has a good working knowledge of accounting practices and principals. Formal accountancy qualifications are not necessarily needed, though AAT would be an advantage. More importantly, we need someone who has:
- Proven Track Record in a similar position
- Ability to work within a team, as well as independently – taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- Methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel – lookups, pivot tables, routine formulas
- Positive can-do attitude, someone who is keen to learn, enthusiastic and self-motivated
What we want you to do.
You will work as an Accounts Assistant working within a small Finance Department dealing with ALL aspects of finance, however your primary tasks will be:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
