By Air
Birmingham Airport is located adjacent to the NEC campus and is connected to Birmingham International Station by the free Air-Rail Link.
For delegates travelling internationally or from other parts of the UK, the airport provides convenient access to the venue and surrounding hotels within minutes of arrival.

By Car
The venue is located close to Junction 6 of the M42 and is easily accessible from the M6, M40 and wider motorway network.
The Hilton Birmingham Metropole offers on-site parking, with additional parking available throughout the NEC complex.

By Rail
Birmingham International Station offers direct services from major UK cities, including London, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and Cardiff.
The station is connected to the NEC and Hilton Birmingham Metropole via a short covered walkway and the complimentary Air-Rail Link, making it easy to travel directly to the venue without requiring additional transport.
Approximate journey times:
- London Euston – 70 minutes
- Manchester Piccadilly – 90 minutes
- Leeds – 2 hours
- Bristol Temple Meads – 90 minutes
Parking On-Site
Parking is available at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. RoTOF delegates can benefit from a discounted parking rate of £17 per vehicle during the event, covering up to 8 hours for day delegates and up to 24 hours for overnight guests.
Details on how to access the discounted rate will be provided before the event.
Please note that parking is not included within hotel accommodation rates and must be paid separately.
